The Lower Polk Community Benefit District works to improve the lives of all people in San Francisco & especially the Lower Polk community. We created for them a Service Request Map that lets the Public see Real Time 311 Service Requests.
The Service Request Map we did for the Lower Polk Community Benefit District lets the Public see Real Time 311 Service Requests. The app contains a Dashboard that shows Statistics and a Filter that allows the ability to show requests based on Location, Category, State of the Request & by Date. Thanks to our Database skill management, the User can now analyses the statistics of his city up to the Lunch Date (2011) of the 311 API.
It was required that we set a Mailing system that plays the role of a “Notification” within a certain geographical area. The system identifies the if a Request is or isn’t Inside the area then sends the notification if it is. This script runs for 24h/24.
